Twelfth Night
By William Shakespeare
Directed by Eileen Gonsalves
Presented by C Company
... or What You Will. The Bard's most popular comedy is a riotous tale of twins, cross-dressing and mistaken identity.
Shakespeare meets Hollywood’s Golden Age as one of his great comedies becomes a grand 1930’s musical. Complications arise for a lovesick count and a grieving lady when two attractive strangers are shipwrecked on their shores. "If Music be the Food of Love, Play on". With such musical gems as “Cheek to Cheek”, “Let’s Face the Music and Dance” and “They Can’t Take That Away From Me”, we are doing just that.
First performed in February in 1602, this is the start of a mini Shakespeare festival by C Company. See a short trailer for the show here:

The Way of the World
By William Congreve
Presented by A Single Leaf
Directed by Jo Kennedy
310 years after it first premiered at Lincoln’s Inn Fields The Way of the World is back in a new slick, sexy, hedonistic 1980s setting.
From Flashdances to furious flirting this ‘bitesized’ version of the classic Restoration comedy promises… Maverick, Maxwell and mullets, The Pretenders, with denim, aviators and leg-warmers; Come on Eileen!… take this chance to pogo back into this deliciously, decadent decade and watch the chaos that ensures as men and women lie, cheat and fall in love. Most Excellent.
